Adventures by the Book™ is excited to announce a Summer Solstice Dinner Adventure with international master chef, Jean-Christian Jury.
During its 8 years of operation, Jean's restaurant in Berlin 'La Mano Verde' was named the best Vegan restaurant in Europe. Jean took inspiration from across the globe to craft the cuisine he prepared in this award-winning restaurant. In 2015, Jean began traveling extensively, meeting with 150 of the top vegan chefs in the world from Mexico, Peru, France, Turkey, India, Thailand, Malaysia, and more. During his travels, Jean learned more about local and regional ingredients, gave master classes and conferences, and collected the recipes for Vegan: The Cookbook.
Don't miss the opportunity to join us for this exclusive summer solstice celebration (limited seating available!) with a master European chef. Outside in the decadent warmth of a southern California summer night, we will dine on cuisine inspired by Jean's revolutionary cookbook. With over 450 recipes of sweet and savory starters, soups, salads, mains, and desserts to choose from, palates will rejoice in this fresh and delicious Vegan cuisine. Not only will guests leave this event with a signed copy of Vegan: The Cookbook, after Jean's cooking demonstration they will also leave prepared to bring these delicious meals to their table at home.

Please note that no physical tickets will be issued. Due to the special nature of this event, no refunds are available after June 14, 2017, or for no-shows. Only books pre-purchased below or at the event will be eligible for signing.
