Join critically-acclaimed and bestselling author Daniel James Brown for a discussion of his most recent book, The Boys in the Boat, the riveting story of nine men who overcame all odds to win a gold medal in rowing for the U.S. Olympic Team in the 1936 games in Nazi Germany.

Daniel James Brown is the critically-acclaimed and bestselling author of multiple books, including his most recent, The Boys in the Boat.
He has taught writing at San Jose State University and Stanford University, and has also been a technical writer and editor. His bestselling books focus on narrative, non-fiction of compelling historical events.
