About the Event
Please join us for dinner with USA Today bestselling author Jennifer Coburn at the next event in our exciting new program for published authors and serious writers in SoCal. The key to successful book marketing is reaching a wide audience of readers with an effective marketing message. One of the best ways authors can achieve this through “earned media,” which means developing newsworthy stories that appear in traditional media: newspapers, magazine, TV, radio, and blogs. Jennifer Coburn is a USA Today bestselling author. She is also a media relations specialist who has placed hundreds of news stories over the last 20 years. Her books have been featured in numerous publications, including USA Today, the Miami Herald, San Diego Magazine, Modern Luxury, among others. She has been featured on numerous regional radio and TV programs. Jennifer specializes in helping authors develop a sharp pitch with timely news angles. She can identify appropriate outlets and coach you how to pitch, or pitch stories for you. Authors may also do one-on-one media trainings with Jennifer. Seating is limited, so you are encouraged to register early. The first 50 to sign up will receive a FREE autographed copy of Jennifer’s book, We'll Always Have Paris. In order to receive a free copy, you must be in attendance at the event. Cancellations not received within 72 hours of the event are not refundable. All cancellations will result in forfeiture of free book. Limit one free book per household of writers who attend the event. This event is ONLY open to serious writers and published authors.

About the Author and Book:Jennifer Coburn's book, We'll Always Have Paris, is a heartwarming generational love story in which she reveals how her adventures with daughter Katie helped vanquish her fear of dying...for the sake of living. Jen has always been terrified of dying young. So she decides to save up and drop everything to travel with her daughter, Katie, on a whirlwind European adventure before it's too late. Even though her husband can't join them, even though she's nervous about the journey, and even though she's perfectly healthy, Jennifer is determined to jam her daughter's mental photo album with memories "just in case." From the cafés of Paris to the top of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Jennifer and Katie take on Europe one city at a time, united by their desire to see the world and spend precious time together. .
