Eastern European Adventure 2014

September 5, 2014 - September 14, 2014

Whether you are a Franz Kafka afficionado or have never read his work, this is an opportunity you will not want to miss! Follow in the footsteps of Franz Kafka and Dora Diamant, as author Kathi Diamant (Kafka’s Last Love) leads you on a ten-day European sleuthing Adventure to the Czech Republic, Poland, and Germany.

Diamant, director of the SDSU Kafka Project for over 25 years, has been immersed in the story of Dora Diamant, the amazing woman who captured Kafka’s heart and kept his literary flame alive for decades. Now you can retrace their intimate love story in this unique travel experience to Europe, where Diamant will share the expertise she garnered thru discoveries of neglected Gestapo archives, lost papers, diaries, and extensive interviews.
