Book club manager Shawna started the group with some fellow readers when she moved from Charleston, West Virginia, to Birmingham, Alabama, and wanted to continue to be able to share books and discuss books with her friends that she missed. The club has 37 members, and celebrated their one year anniversary in May 2020.
