The 5 W’s Book Group checks all the boxes for a successful book club. Book Club manager Emily describes her group as follows, “Our book group has been in existence since 2002. We meet monthly, and the host for our book group rotates every month. Our host chooses the book to be discussed at the meeting. Appetizers, dessert, and wine are served for in person meetings. All of the 16 members used to live in the same neighborhood. We are from Lilburn, Georgia. We enjoy reading all genres.”

After their recent virtual visit with New York Times bestselling author Karen White, Emily shared this lovely note:

“Karen,

Thank you so much for joining us tonight for our Zoom book group meeting.  You were an absolute delight!  After spending this hour with you and experiencing your abundance of energy, I can now see how you have managed to produce all of the books that you have written.  We absolutely loved your candidness and your humor!  I  look forward to reading several of your other books.  Up until now, I had only read “The Sound of Glass” and “The Nights the Lights Went Out” and enjoyed both of the books immensely.

Good luck writing that chapter tonight (with a glass of Prosecco to aid you).  Again, thanks so much for sharing your time with us!”

Emily, Book Club Manager

Sounds like a fun and engaging evening! Thanks so much for sharing with us about your group’s experience, Emily.
